4. Payment Terms

Our services are billed on a per-qualified-lead basis as outlined in our pricing plans. Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that leads delivered meet the qualification criteria specified in your account settings. If leads do not meet these criteria, we will provide credits or refunds as appropriate.
